1. What Moat72 is -- and isn't

Moat72 provides research and information about companies and securities, generated from public data, filings, news, and other sources, some of it assembled or summarized by automated systems. Research support only; this is not investment advice. Nothing on Moat72 -- including any summary, score, thesis match, or weekly briefing -- is a personal recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, and it is not tailored to your individual financial situation, needs, or objectives. We are not your financial advisor, broker, or fiduciary.

2. No guaranteed outcomes -- your decisions, your responsibility

We do not promise any investment outcome, return, or result from using Moat72. Investing involves risk, including the risk of loss. Every decision you make about your investments -- and every consequence of that decision, financial or otherwise -- is yours alone. You should not rely on Moat72 as your sole basis for any investment decision, and you should consider seeking independent, qualified financial advice before acting on anything you read here.

3. Information may be wrong, incomplete, or stale

Information on Moat72 -- including company data, financial figures, news summaries, and thesis or watchlist evaluations -- may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or otherwise mistaken. Some content is generated or summarized by large language models and other automated systems; that content can be plausible-sounding and still wrong, and it has not necessarily been verified by a person before you see it. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided, whether generated by a machine or sourced from elsewhere.

4. Third-party data and news sources

Moat72 draws on data and news from third-party providers and public sources that we do not control and cannot guarantee. Those sources may themselves be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect, may change without notice, or may become unavailable. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of any third-party source, and referencing a source is not an endorsement of it.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Moat72 and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage -- direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential -- arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or any information it provides, including any investment loss. Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you, including certain consumer-protection rights available to individuals in the European Union.

6. Acceptable use and termination

You agree to use Moat72 only for its intended purpose -- your own personal research -- and not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape or redistribute its content at scale, or use it in a way that violates applicable law. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates this section, or that we reasonably believe poses a security or legal risk to the service or other users. You may stop using Moat72 and close your account at any time.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will give notice -- for example, by email or a notice within the product -- and record a new version identifier. Continuing to use Moat72 after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms; what you actually accepted at signup remains recorded against the version you agreed to at that time, not whatever version is current later.

8. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to the address you received your sign-in link from.

9. Cookie preferences

We only use analytics cookies with your explicit consent. You can change that choice, or withdraw consent you already gave, at any time below.

Analytics: Not set -- you have not been asked yet

Accepting helps us understand how Moat72 is used. Declining -- or withdrawing consent you already gave -- keeps the app fully working either way.
